Acuity Engineers, Inc. is a consulting firm performing Maintenance Surveys on both commercial and residential properties for owners, tenants, and plant managers.

Acuity Maintenance Surveys detail repairs that are to be performed immediately, in the near future, or scheduled further out. Our surveys assess the exterior envelope including the foundation, skin, windows and doors, soffit and fascias, gutters, roofing, and ventilation. Optional assessments may be performed at the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Acuity recommends that a Maintenance Survey be performed on an annual basis to maintain and protect your building's integrity. Many dollars can be saved by being proactive versus reactive.
