An Acuity Home Inspection is a comprehensive visual assessment, whereby the condition and serviceability of various elements are determined. Radon testing may be performed upon request.

Acuity provides an on-site computer generated report based on a visual assessment of the property. This evaluation is non invasive, whereby the assessor cannot see through walls or obstructions, cannot use destructive testing or cause damage to the property, and cannot disassemble equipment. The report assists in understanding the current condition of the property.
